The Uplift Youth Sports Performance started from a small team with a huge passion for serving the youth in our area. Our philosophy from day one has been 'sincerity over ego,' meaning that our members and their families will always come first. Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of young athletes, providing them with the tools and support they need to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Casey Dupre

Co-Founder

Casey Dupre is a University of Houston graduate with a degree in Kinesiology for Health Profession. Graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors and having research published through the university. He became a co-owner of The Uplift after previously doing athletic training at RedLine Athletics as well as working as an assistant strength coach at The University of Houston. Casey Dupre has 9 years of training experience, and is committed to continuing to see athletes continue in their athletic growth and serving the community.

Dustin Danzie

Co-Founder

​Dustin Danzie is a Arkansas Baptist College graduate with a degree in Business Administration. After graduating he committed his life to serving humanity as a youth mentor. Dustin Danzie has authored two published books written to inspire young adults and has also served in the school districts as an educator for over 7 years. He became co-owner of The Uplift after previously serving as the Director of Sports at Redline Athletics. In his 8 years of training experience, Dustin has trained well over 1500 athletes in the Houston area.

Nick Hernandez

Trainer

Nick Hernandez has a passion for motivating and training athletes of any sport. His knowledge of strength and conditioning is what drives him to provide what's best for his athletes. He is passionate, engaging, and dedicated to empowering young minds through dynamic and innovative learning/training experiences. Committed to fostering confidence, leadership, and teamwork for positive personal growth.

Jon Isom II

Trainer

Jon is an awesome Speed and Mobility Youth Trainer: Passionate and skilled in developing young athletes' speed and mobility capabilities. Utilizes innovative training methods and dynamic drills to enhance their performance in sports and physical activities. Committed to fostering confidence and improving overall athleticism, empowering youth to excel in their chosen pursuits.
